Mas a Apple não fica muito atrás.

Me lembrou o termos de uso do windows 95, que era tão abusivo, que o pessoal fez uma paródia falando que instalando windows, você aceitava automaticamente exngraxar os sapatos do Bill Gates por um ano e trabalhar de mordomo na casa dele.
“d. In order to access and retain your electronic records, you may be required to have certain hardware and software, which are your sole responsibility.”
Adorei essa. Sim, eu tenho algum software e hardware para acessar e gravar os meus arquivos eletrônicos de áudio - e nenhum deles é Apple nem itunes. Não entendo essa frase, vai ver é o meu inglês, alguém traduz, por favor? :p
Cara, itunes é um audio player. Para escutar música. Não é?
O SOFTWARE APPLE NÃO FOI DESENVOLVIDO PARA UTILIZAÇÃO NA OPERAÇÃO DE INSTALAÇÕES NUCLEARES, SISTEMAS DE NAVEGAÇÃO OU DE COMUNICAÇÃO DE AERONAVES, SISTEMAS DE CONTROLO DE TRÁFEGO AÉREO, EQUIPAMENTO DE SUPORTE DE VIDA OU OUTROS EQUIPAMENTOS NOS QUAIS A FALHA DO SOFTWARE APPLE PODERIA CAUSAR A MORTE, DANOS PESSOAIS, GRAVES LESÕES CORPORAIS OU DANOS AMBIENTAIS.
Tenha medo. Itunes derruba avião?

Aham. Vai ver isso não é óbvio, assim como não era óbvio que se eu usasse itunes, poderia derrubar um avião.

Itunes me parece muito perigoso.
A 3COM tem parte com o negócio, embora eu não tenha entendido muito bem qual. Ainda assim, o termos de uso do Itunes traz essa singela frase:
Sem prejuízo do atrás disposto, em nenhuma circunstância a 3Com será responsável por atrasos ou incapacidade operacional resultante directa ou indirectamente de actos da natureza, forças ou causas para além do seu controlo razoável, incluindo, sem limitação, falhas da Internet, falhas do equipamento informático, falhas do equipamento de telecomunicações, falhas de outros equipamentos, falhas no abastecimento de energia eléctrica, greves, disputas laborais, motins, insurreições, distúrbios na ordem pública, faltas de mão-de-obra ou materiais, incêndios, inundações, tempestades, explosões, actos de força maior, guerra, acções governamentais, ordens de tribunais nacionais ou internacionais, incumprimento por parte de terceiros, assim como perdas ou flutuações no aquecimento, iluminação ou ar condicionado.
Não era apenas um software para escutar música?
Aparentemente, não.
